Our skilled tyre professionals will remove the tyre from the wheel rim to facilitate a comprehensive internal inspection. If the tyre casing is assessed to be repairable, we can fit a new tyre or rental tyre to keep your machinery operational and reduce downtime.

Highly qualified technicians will then rebuild the damaged area, from the inside out, with premium rubber patches. The tyre is then inflated to high pressure and heat cured at over 150˚C for up to an hour and a half. All major repairs are performed off site at the state-of-the-art facilities operated by our specialist repair partners.
